Fundraiser Sets

Here are some cake mix and frosting sets that I decorated for The Royal Event, a fundraiser for my daughter's school. Diane Vey showed me how to do these and they have been a hit.

Paradise is Open!

The CURDS were here last weekend stamping away until the wee hours of the night and we all agree that Stamper's Paradise lives up to it's name. Some of you may see me this weekend in Madison at the big Semi~Annual sale that Scrapbook Superstore has going on. I'm always looking more new and/or RARE gems to add to the collection. Plus, I drop of some of my neglected items for the sale too. Hope to see you there! Right now I'm off to Stamp Camp, just wanted to show everyone the progress made this winter! We are pretty proud.

There's 4 turn abouts and 3 bookcases with Stampin' Up stamps ~ these are the wood mounted, the cling are on another wall with the MS punches. A huge board of Spellbinders and I LOVE teaching classes on them, once you know how to use them your hooked. Whale Tale punches are all together and the "new style" are together in a separate area. There is plenty of table space to work at while watching movies. Sorry no cable just DVD movies and CD music for now. The perfect girls club house!

Hello out there...

Well, as much as I love to hibernate, things are still moving along, slow but moving. We can now watch movies and/or listen to music while we stamp or in my case organize and unpack. There is a bunch of stuff that is being set aside to sell. The biggest thing right now is ~ do I try to accommodate a wide range of styles or mainly stick to mine due to space issues. Yeah, 600 square feet and there needs to be more space~YIKES! There is a big SALE in my future to make room. I hope to post some pictures soon.
Stay Warm,
Mel

We have ELECTRIC!

Hubby got the power to the building so all the lights and outlets now work! Then he took a break and gave the electric a test drive with his guitar. Is it just me or does his corner seem to be growing? We have some acrylic shelves up on the wall. You can see organizers by the windows just waiting to be filled. That will happen in a blink once we have the ceiling fan in, I just don't want the drywall dust getting on everything. Don't worry there will be lots of pictures once we start moving stuff in the building to keep everyone updated on the progress. Until then enjoy this wonderful Summer!

There will be lights!!

We have the building painted, the lights are in and the outlets are too! We decided to have the garage and Stamper's Paradise on their own meter, line, ELECTRIC. That just seemed like the easiest way to go. The new goal is to have the building complete with all stamps and supplies organized before fall. Hubby's corner is finished as you can see. I put a couple pictures up to give us an ocean view while we (HE) work.
July has been very busy due to the re-opening of the Muddy 13. We will have 2 more events this year, 2010. Muddy 13 Raceway will have mud bogs on September 4 then on the following day we will have a Battle of the Bands with reduced prices if you attend both. Each event also has their own sites that you can visit. I am just too tired to do links right now.
Hope to see everyone soon ~ Hartford Shoebox swap is in August and the Curds will be road tripping again this October!!!! Inky Hugs! Mel
